Zinc Oxide
Zinc Oxide is a Non Ferrous Metallic Oxide produced by melting of Raw Zinc Ingots at 1000 (Approximate) Degree Celsius. It has numerous applications in various field of work like Rubber Components like Tires, Footwear, Ceramics, Paints, Additives, Fertilizers, Frits, Pigments, Coatings and others. It is an Organic Compund formed from Top Dross, Bottom Dross, Pure Raw Ingots. It is manufactured using three methods French, Hydro met and Calcination Processes.
Zinc Ash
Zinc ash is oxidized zinc that forms on the surface of molten zinc metal. The ash consists of a powdery material (the ash proper) and solid metallic pieces of an irregular shape. In the galvanizing industry, the term zinc ash prevails and is widely used. Zinc ash usually arises from hot dip galvanizing or other zinc coating processes. The ash is removed from the top of galvanizing baths by skimming or straining. Zinc ash is a raw material used for the preparation of micro nutrients for the soil. These are soil conditioners. We have a capacity to supply more than 1000 MT of Zinc Ash every month.
Zinc Ingots
Zinc Ingot is merely Zinc in solid form, usually bars. This easily transportable form of the material is highly valuable to those who use it in their manufacturing on a daily basis. "Zinc Ingot is highly user friendly and has many uses, such as, Anti-Corrosion Batteries, Communication Equipment, Hardware, Musical Instruments, Water Valves, Roofing, and Electrical Fuses.We produce high quality Zinc Ingots at our In house facility with a capacity of 500 MT every month.
